I Like To Think I’m A Poet

17 03 2009

Remember Magnetic Poetry??? I was obsessed with taking all those words and fashioning them into profound (and goofy) phrases. I think I lost my set when I returned from college, and I’ve been debating buying another kit. My fridge is a collection of baby shower invites and children’s artwork (from family/friends’ kids). And, fab in a “the-whole-world-punishes-single-gals” kind of way, I want to make my fridge a place of Carrie B. type fab.

All of that to say…I just ordered a Magnetic Poetry kit from the We Are Family Foundation. We Are Family creates and supports programs that inspire and educate the next generation about respect, understanding, and diversity. The kit only costs $15, and if poetry isn’t your thing, they have shirts, button, and plenty more goods on the website! Visit the Marketplace by clicking here!!!
