The Body Shop Fights Domestic Violence

The Body Shop is an advent supporter of various charitable causes. I’ve featured their items which support HIV/AIDS initiative, MTV’s Staying Alive. Did you know that they also have products which support domestic violence organizations?

As a self-diagnosed lip gloss addict, I want you guys to take a look at the gloss to my right. I don’t have this particular color, but I like the glosses from The Body Shop because they aren’t too sticky, but I can still feel something on my lips. Does that make sense to anybody but me?

The Body Shop started the Stop Violence in the Home campaign 10 years ago as a way to raise awareness and funds for domestic violence. For the past six years, the company has partnered with the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence and used products to benefit NCADV’s work.

This is good news! I have to pass this on to Beck Lee of Becky’s Fund (www.beckysfund.org). DC people love hot products and its a plus if they support great causes. Glad I saw this from you on Twitter!

Thanks!
